Using pocket35
pocket35 is a free, browser-based photo editor. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use pocket35.
No accounts, no uploads
pocket35 does not require an account and does not upload your photos to a server — all editing happens locally in your browser. You remain solely responsible for the images you edit and export, and for having the right to use and edit them.
"As is", no warranty
pocket35 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Film-stock presets are creative starting points, not colour-accurate reproductions of any manufacturer's product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pocket35 and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of images, edits, or exported files.
Acceptable use
Do not use pocket35 to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the export-analytics endpoint or any other part of the service
- Circumvent rate limiting or other technical safeguards
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
Intellectual property
The pocket35 name, branding, and app code belong to their respective owner(s). Film stock names referenced in presets belong to their respective manufacturers and are used descriptively; pocket35 is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of pocket35 after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
